In a fairy-tale wedding ceremony held in Udaipur back in March, actress Taapsee Pannu exchanged vows with her longtime beau, badminton player Mathias Boe. A few days ago, haldi decor of the Dunki actress went viral on Instagram and was widely liked by fans. Now, the splendour of their sangeet was showcased in a mesmerising video shared by their wedding designers, featuring opulent chandeliers and breathtaking floral arrangements.

Describing the enchanting ambience, The Wedding Factory’s Instagram post exclaimed, “Exclusively step into Taapsee Pannu and Mathias Boe’s sangeet night! The entrance was all things magic mixed with stardust and love.” The glittering chandeliers illuminated the venue, setting the stage for an evening of music, dance, and love.

In April, glimpses of the couple’s sangeet celebrations surfaced online, showcasing Taapsee and Mathias gracefully dancing to romantic tunes. Taapsee, and her sister Shagun Pannu, also delivered an energetic performance to Bollywood classics. They grooved on ‘Le Gayi’ from Dil Toh Pagal Hai. Taapsee, breaking away from the recent trend of lehengas, opted for a traditional salwar kameez and juttis. Her wedding outfit was designed by her close friend.

Taapsee shared in an interview with HT City, “I’ve grown up seeing Sikh, Gurudwara weddings, so for me, the vintage idea, the classic idea of getting married was always in a proper red salwar kameez paired with a dupatta with kinari on the border.

She shared how pastel lehengas and attire is not what she sees as a wedding attire. Taapsee opted for red salwar kameez as she believes that’s the only way she would see herself as a bride.
